The company in which I would like to work is Williams International, will it is an

aerospace company dedicated to the manufacture of aircraft turbines, the position in
which I would like to be working and that has to do with quality is that of quality will
auditor, In the department, the first thing I am going to do is create an action plan that
involves the will different areas of assembly production. In this plan I am going to
include a checklist of common problems related to the quality of the products, and also I
will request the participation of will personnel such as training supervisors and senior
management, will training supervisor and his team will be in charge of training and
retraining seeking quality improvement, they will be responsible for understanding the
information provided to the operators, will are going to make sure to provide the correct
information, we are going to have meetings daily to verify if there was a any
improvement or areas of opportunity, I will actively participate with all the employees of
the company, and I will make sure that everything works correctly and thus have the
opportunity for growth will company.
