I. ACCOUNTING SERVICES
● Bookkeeping
o Training and supervision in relation to the daily entries to be
reflected in the BIR issued books.
II. TAX COMPLIANCE
● Filing of BIR tax compliance (monthly, quarterly, yearly) based on
the Certificate of Registration
o Annual Individual Income Tax
o Quarterly Individual Income Tax
o Quarterly Percentage Tax
o Monthly Withholding Tax
o Quarterly Withholding Tax
o Monthly Value Added Tax
o Quarterly Value Added Tax
o Annual Withholding Tax/Expanded Others

III. AD HOC
● Assist in paying of annual registration fee with the BIR
● Answer general questions related to BIR compliance
● Scheduled visit to the client (quarterly or whenever necessary)

IV. FEES
Bookkeeping Php 500.00
Tax Compliance Php 1,000.00

V. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

● Payment to be made every end of the month (gcash, bank transfer)
● Retainer’s fee is subject to changes upon mutual consent by both
parties from time to time as deemed necessary.

VI. OPTIONAL or ADD-ON SERVICES

● Financial Statements Preparation
o Php 2,000 minimum fee, subject to increase depending
on the assessment and evaluation of the business
transactions
