For PECE, ECE, and ECT has qualifications for them to maintain or continue
their profession. As for PECE or Professional Electronics Engineer has a qualification
such as a holder of the degree of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineer or
Passed the ECE licensure Exam under RA5734 or 9292. Also, a holder of a valid
Certificate of Registration and Professional ID card for PECE. And active self-practice
and/or employment for at least 7 years, at least 2 years of which are in responsible
charge of significant engineering work. For ECE or Electronics Engineers, must pass
the ECE licensure exam, and hold a valid Certificate of Registration and Professional
ID card for ECE. Lastly, ECT qualifications must a holder of a valid Certificate of
Registration and Professional ID card for ECT. Also, graduated of an Associate,
Technician, Trade, or Vocational course in Electronics or completed at least the
minimum third-year equivalent of a BS-ECE program.
