One of the guidelines of Limited Face-to-Face learning Modality is Physical Facility readiness. Pursuant to the
Memorandum of conducting Face to Face Class set by DepEd and Department of Health, subject, “Guidelines
on the Implementation of Face-to-Face Learning Modality (JMC No.1, series of 2021 dated September 27,
2021, we will be needing to install a washing area near the entrance and exit gate. In line with this, we are
seeking for your approval for this matter.
