St Louis BEC Minutes

01. Masses- There will be four BEC’s animating the Saturday and Sunday masses
at Sts. Peter and Paul Church. St. Louis will be animating the sunset masses and
we are looking for more female wardens and Communion Ministers for the
upcoming masses.

02. PIHDM Ministry- The parish is also looking for female participation in the
PIHDM ministry.

03. BEC Re ection- The next re ection will take place on the 24th of August at
8:30pm via ZOOM.

04. Breakfast Sale - Each BEC are to participate in the breakfast sale starting
September onwards on every 1st and 3rd week of the month. On October 23rd,
St. Louise BEC will be organising the breakfast sale. All families are encouraged to
donate in cash or kind for the purpose of the sale. Please do come and support!

05. Month of Rosary- Rosary prayers will be held for the whole month of October
via ZOOM. Details of the rosary will be provided via WhatsApp.The nal day of
rosary will be a physical meet and follow by a potluck. Details will be con rmed
closer to date.

06. Christmas Party- The parish is seeking for ideas for a Christmas party for all
the parishioners. We will be glad to hear from you!

07. Updates: Congratulations to Mr. Malthiew who was recently appointed to assist
in the PIHDM ministry for a special task. We, the BEC thank you for helping out!
