IncrediBalls aims to introduce pancake balls
and lead the food industry in the town of GMA,
Cavite in the nearest future.

Mission
IncrediBalls needs to provide our clients with a
one-of-a-kind experience by providing exceptional
uniqueness, taste and quality of food while
continuously innovating our product.

Product Description
Our product, pancake ball will use the typical
ingredients for pancakes, such as flour and milk,
with the addition of sweet potatoes and different
fillings/flavors. The different fillings will provide
the extra flavor that customers will surely like,
while the sweet potato is there to add some
nutritional benefits. Sweet potatoes are starchy
root vegetables that are rich in fiber, vitamins, and
minerals. They’re also high in antioxidants that
protect your body from free radical damage and
chronic disease.
IncrediBalls will offer 3 different flavors:
cheese, chocolate, and hotdog special. These
flavors will complement the incredible experience
you’ll get while eating pancake balls. And
condensed milk will be put on its top to add more
flavor and enhance its taste. We will also offer 2
different sizes or servings the erst one is regular
which is per piece. And the overload with 9 pieces
of pancake balls
Marketing Strategy

In order for our business to achieve

our goals, we need to raise the name of
our brand and make our customer loyal. One of
the main marketing strategies that our business
will do is the use of flyers and posters. We also use
social media advertisement and discounting the
price of our product.

turns Golden Brown.

ACTUAL PRODUCT
 Reflection

Business planning has been a very challenging but fun and

learning experience for me. When I was given the assignment, I
had some business ideas. One was pancake balls, which has
turned out to be the business that we have defended. Coming
up with the idea was the easiest part, but anyone can come up
with an idea. How it will all come together and how you move
forward with the idea and make a business out of it is the
challenging part. I did this by completing my market research,
as it was very important to understand the market, the trends,
what the customer wants, and who my competitors are.

I have learnt the importance of using the most up-to-date

trends to reach out to the public. This helps you create
awareness of the product and also is a good source of getting
feedback while working on this task, looking for suppliers and
looking at what I would need for my business. I have learnt the
basics of the essentials needed in business. I have made a check
list of what I need to do for my business, which I found useful,
and I believe this can be useful to others who are interested in
setting up a business.

During the creation of our business plan, I discovered the

importance of listening to the opinions of your group mates, to
be able to present a good flow of ideas effectively.

 Regarding in our business plan, I learned that cooperation
in a group is really important because if there is no cooperation
in a certain group, they can't achieve their goals together.
Some of our members really don't have contribution to our
business plan and they also don't cooperate to us but luckily,
we achieve our common goals which is finish our presentation
and we are happy that we finished that because we share our
opinions, insight in short, we cooperate.
