ability: possession of the means or skill to do something. For example, stamina is the ability to
exert yourself physically over long periods of time without getting winded or out of breath.

able: having sufficient power, skill, or resources to do something able to solve a problem.


For example, having the freedom or opportunity to do something hopes to be able to visit soon.

about: used before stating something that one has heard about to ask if it is true, if it
exists, it really happened. For example What's this I hear about your getting engaged?

above: in extended space over and not touching.

according: According means you attribute a statement to someone. For example when you
say that Jim is the one who told you it was going to rain. You would say "According to Jim, it is

transactions. For example, companies will have a Cash account in which to record every
transaction that increases or decreases the company's cash.

across:  from one side to the opposite side of. For example We took a ferry across the

action: The definition of an action is something that is done or performed.
