Medicinal jam of Aegle marmelos using lichets of

Tinospora cordifolia

Abstract:-
By adding lichets of Tinospora cordifolia in the jam, we are
enhancing jam with more medicinal values. We will be collecting
stem of Tinospora cordifolia and will cut into pieces and will soak in
water for 24 hours.
After completion of 24 hours; filter the lichets through muslin cloth.
The lichets that we extracted is added in jam while cooking the Aegle
marmelos fruit pulp.

Purpose:-
To combine properties of both, the Bael fruit and the Tinospora
cordifolia stem. As Bael fruit is highly nutritious while Tinospora
cordifolia boosts immunity.

Question:-
Can diabetic patient consume this jam?

Answer:-
Yes; because here we have used anti-diabetic jaggery and sugar free
sugar.
