1. Per Regional Memorandum No NCR-009, s. 2023 re: Administration of the

National Achievement Test for Grade 12 (NATG12) for School Year 2022-2023,
this Office hereby announces the following activities relative to the preparation and
administration of the above-mentioned activity:

2. The NATG12 shall be conducted as an in-school, face-to-face activity to all

enrolled Grade 12 students, subject to COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

3. School Heads, as Chief Examiners along with the School Testing

Coordinator are responsible in the management of the assessment program in the
school in accordance with the standardized testing procedures indicated in the
NATG12 Handbook.
4. Division Health Personnel assigned to all the testing centers must monitor
and ensure adherence to minimum health standards before, during, and after the
conduct of assessment.
5. Public Schools District Supervisors and Education Program Supervisors
shall monitor the conduct of assessment activities and shall submit monitoring
report to be consolidated by the School Management, Monitoring and Evaluation
Section of the School Governance and Operations Division.

6. In the exigency of service, all Public Secondary Schools with Senior High
Schools are requested to identify and submit eight (8) names of Department
Heads through https://tinyurl.com/NATG12RE, on or before January 19, 2023 to
serve as Room Examiners/Room Supervisors at Arellano University on February
6-7, 2023.
7. Attached are the following enclosures, for reference:

a) Enclosure 1: Committee Tasking

b) Enclosure 2: Monitoring Schedule for EPS and PSDS
8. List of Testing Centers, School Assignments, Number of Room Examiners
and Room Supervisors shall be announced on a separate memorandum.
