To whom it may concern,

I’m writing this letter to request a CCTV viewing on the cameras on 8th Floor and B1 last

Friday, November 19, 2021 around 6:15pm to 6:40pm, to check weather I left the premises

wearing my Black Mi Band 5, a Fitness Tracker Band, on my left wrist.

I was already at Oranbo where I realized that I don’t have my Fitness Tracker with me and the

last time I remember holding the said lost item was inside our office at unit 808. I just charged it

on my station the moment I arrived on the office from field work around 6:00pm.

During the time of incident, I was wearing a White top Cycling Jersey (STRAVA Design) and a

Black Cycling Shorts with a White Cycling Helmet, and I do wear my Fitness Tracker on my left

wrist all the time.

By granting my request, it could help me and the authorities identify whether the lost item was

just dropped somewhere or could lead to a possible theft case around the premises.
