Why Do We Keep Waking Up Tired?

When you woke up this morning, did you feel tired and soreness at all body? In fact, you
sleep but after you wake up at the next morning your feel doing a marathon sometimes. Other than
that, many students do not have enough time to sleep because of their busy life of college student.
The hour recommended to college student to sleep minimize 5 to 10 hours per day. Almost have of
university students experienced sleep problems because of their busy life and work as college
student. But the causes of this happen to student and why we keep tired when wake up the next
day.

46% of American experienced have a problem to sleep because of their busy to finish their
assignment (The National Sleep Foundation’s , 2018). The National Institue of Health reports that
only 10% of university student sleep regularly each night and so 68% of university have a poor sleep
according to report Medical News Today. Why this happen to college student? The causes of this
because of sleep inertia, blue light, sleep environment, eating and drinking habits and sleep disorder
of students. This why we keep tired when wake up after the morning sleep.

The cognitive and sensory-motor impairments that take place immediately when waking up
is refer to sleep inertia. Do your feel a daze after you wake up at morning because it your brain
typically not full wakeup state. How this happen to college student? It because their don’t enough
sleep, abruptly wake up from deep sleep and mostly happen because of your set your alarm for
earlier then used. It make your don’t want to get up from slee and feel tired because your brain not
ready for the next morning. We must regularly geeting a full high sleep, limiting naps to less than 30
minutes and drinking coffe or another caffein beverage when you get up.

Other than that, blue lightning from electronic cause have poor sleep and sleep disorder.
Some people find they continue to wake up tired despite addressing their sleep practices and
lifestyle factors refers to sleep disorder. Do you’re have a family snoring when their sleep? The
snoring when sleep is called sleep apnea. The cause of sleep apnea because their have some
problem of breathing or their position is not good for their breathing. This sleep apnea make poor
environment sleep because of snoring make another person hear it not have a good sleep this make
their tired after wake up at morning.

How to improved of quality of sleep person is from their must have change a habit before
sleep. The first is make a good environment before sleep with the yellow lightning at bedroom, close
the electronic gajet and keep it distance from sleep place, plant the kaktus around the bedrom
because kaktus can give your more oxygen ang have a healthy food and drinks that can give you
improved sleeping and nt tired when your wake up at the morning.

In conclusion, waking up tired at the morning can cured when you have a good mangement
your time and have a healthy life. When your healthy life and good time management can make your
life better and improved your healthy brain and health.
