Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment & selection, Industrial Relation matters, Leave Management System, Scream Park Expenses, Turnover Report and other duties assigned accordingly.

Identify the vacant position, advertised in jobstreet and newspaper, shorlisting candidates, and conduct interview with Head of Department.

Conduct competency and behavioural interviews to find a suitable candidate for the vacant position.

Handle industrial relations matters relating to staff discipline including prepare show cause letter, issued of Reminder, Warning and Termination letter.

Administer and manage leave management system.


Propose, update and execute HR policies and procedures and ensure all levels of employment comply them accordingly.

Prepare Turnover Report for total company in monthly basis. Oversee the Turnover Rate and conduct exit interview for the resigned staff.
