Preface

This tech note introduces how to connect LUST ServoC controller with PanelMaster
HMI.

(1) PLC Parameter setting:

(a) Please install the program software “LTi DriveManager” to your PC and then plug-in the
USB Cable into LUST controller.
(b) When the USB cable link with the LUST controller, the software will install the USB driver
automatically.
(c) If the USB driver was installed successfully, you will link with the LUST controller via USB
cable directly.

(d) When you link with the LUST controller, please set the User Level to: Develop Engineer (6).
(Initial Password is “678”)

(e) At this moment, please enter “Extras --- Parameter Editor” and set the RS485 value as “1”
to enable the RS485 communication.

NOTE:

If you enable the RS485 communication, the USB port will not be linking with

the LUST controller at the same time.

If you wish to use the RS485 to link with the HMI, the X5 connector meeds to

poovides DC24V power from Pin9 and Pin6.

Select 【Direct Link [COM] 】&【Device/Server： Lust Antriebstechnik GmbH→ LustBus ServoC/CDE

Series】

Set the Parameter as “57600; 7, Even, 1” and PLC Address=“1”.
