“PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED ON ONLINE SELLING IN THE TIME OF

This study determines the perception of the respondents on the problem encountered of

online shop owner in time of pandemic.

This study made use of online platforms which is the goggle forms as the main gathering

instruments a total of forty-one (41) online seller with the age of below 22, 22-26 and 26 above

at the province of Quirino were chosen randomly as respondents. Data gathered were properly

tabulated and examined using frequency and percentage, T-test and analysis of variance

(ANOVA).

Its primary objectives include determining the profile of respondents in terms of age,

marital status, educational attainment, products offered online, mostly used on marketing

strategy, and years of business operation it also include determining the frequency of problems

encountered by online sellers when grouped according to their profile and determining if there is

a significant difference of the frequency of problems encountered by online sellers when grouped

by their profile.
