The Monitoring Committee in its 15 meeting held on 28-11-2022 has approved the guidelines for electrification of left out households under RDSS. The extract of the 15‘ Monitoring Committee minutes is forwarded herewith along with DPR Template for household electrification work as received from the REC Limited, Regional office Guwahati, Assam vide email dated 14-12-2022, so you may submit the Proposal for households electrification under RDSS if any in the Districts under your Zone (duly verified by the concerned Superintending Frgineer and the Chief Engineer) to this office in hard and soft copy (editable excel sheet). 2. While preparing the proposal, the guidelines issued by the Monitoring Committee should be followed/adopted. 3. The proposal duly verified by the concerned Superintending Engineer and the Chief Engineer should be submitted/forwarded to this office on or before 16" January 2022. at (Gumdo Doji) CE (P) Cum SNO (ROSS).
