TYPES OF URINAL

Most trough urinals are made from stainless steel. They are much cheaper than bowl urinals because,
unlike bowl urinals, they can accommodate multiple users simultaneously. They also only require a
single waste pipe, making them cheaper and simpler to install. However, the tradeoff is that they do not
offer the same levels of privacy as bowl urinals. Many people would also argue that they are less
aesthetically pleasing.

Bowl urinals tend to be made from vitreous china, although a number of stainless-steel models are also
available. Bowl urinals offer far more privacy than troughs - but because they only accommodate one
user at a time and essentially require the same amount of plumbing as a four-person trough urinal, they
are a little less cost-effective.
TYPES OF SHOWERS

DIGITAL SHOWER - boasts a digital thermostat within the shower unit. The temperature and flow of
the shower is then controlled remotely, by a separate control unit which can either be located in your
shower, or elsewhere in the bathroom.

ELECTIC SHOWER - is a shower that uses electricity, rather than just water pressure, to run water
through its shower head. It also heats the water itself, using a hot water cylinder and your cold-water
supply, rather than using your hot water tank.
MIXER SHOWER a modern unit. Mixer shower as the name suggests mixes hot and cold water together.
This mixture occurs in the shower valve where the temperature is regulated and compensations are
made for drops in pressure and loss of either hot or cold water.

POWER SHOWER – Great for the circulation, a power shower offers an invigorating wakeup call and the
great news is they can be used in homes that have low pressure as the shower system includes a pump
to boost water flow.
