Planning&  Ensure achievement of the recruitment targets
Recruitmen for the Territory as per the approved manpower
t budget
 Decide on the priority recruitment channels for
the Territory in consultation with the corporate
Talent Supply Manager
 Focus on all junior management hiring
( shortlisting,scheduling, interview, selection,
negotiation and offer acceptance)
 Support the corporate Talent Supply Manager in
hiring the middle and senior management
positions
Learning & 
Developme  Plan along with the business heads, the annual
nt training budget, Track budgets and present reports on
a regular basis to the managementEnsure
identification and analysis of training needs in
coordination with other functional and category
managers and provide inputs to the corporate learning
& development team

 Ensure smooth execution of the induction process for
the new entrants ( induction training, cubicle
allotment, team introduction, joining processes and
formalities etc)Conduct monthly induction
workshops and ensure end to end onboarding for new
hires
 Distribute Employee Services Handbook to new
entrants to familiarize them about the

 Manage the Human Resource Information
system effectively to ensure that correct and
complete information is stored in the system
and is used effectively for the benefit of the

employee requests on an on-going basis.

smooth exit of employee from the
