4th QUARTER BIRTHDAY BASH – PSU INFANTA CAMPUS

Part of the HRMDO’s core function is the rewards and recognition.

Quarterly we are celebrating the special occasion of every employee of
Pangasinan State University Infanta Campus. In this regard, we will be having
our 4th Quarter Birthday bash on December 19, 2022, simultaneously with the
IGP Year End Assessment Program.

In relation to this, we have a total of 23 celebrators from October –

December 2022 as follows:

I would like to
request for a budget amounting to P 4,500.00 Four Thousand Five Hundred pesos
only to purchase Bento Cakes.
