E. OTHER CONDITION:

The SELLER shall pay for the capital gain tax and Five percent ( 5% ) agents
commission.
The BUYER shall pay for the documentary stamps, transfer fees.
Registration fees, and other expenses related in the issuance of a new tittle.

of a new tittle shall be for the acoount of Buyer.

Agent Commission: Five percent ( 5 % ) of the final total selling price.

Period of authority: Six ( 6 ) months from date of signing.
