CONTINGENCY PLAN FOR THREAT

BOMB THREAT CONTINGENCY PLAN

In the event that the LD Servis office is contacted with a threat of an explosive, chemical, or
biological device, the following procedures should be followed in order to alleviate panic and set
evacuation in motion.

During Normal Business Hours

1. Immediately call 112 and notify the authorities of the situation.
2. Immediately report the threat to the nearest available Department Safety Lead or
Department Manager so that they may notify other departments of the situation and
evacuation procedures can get under way.
3. Notify ER (Emergency Response) Team Leader or Department Supervisor so that they
are able to contact and notify the other business in the building to evacuate.
4. All personnel are to evacuate the premises and gather at the emergency meeting area so
that they can be accounted for.
5. Immediately report the Fire Department and/or GEGANA Squad by telephone as soon as
possible.
6. Turn the electricity off and remove combustible equipments.

During Weekends, Holiday, or Other Non-Working Hours

1. Immediately call 112 and notify the authorities of the situation.
2. Determine if there are any employees still working on the premises and have them vacate
the building immediately.
3. Notify ER (Emergency Response) Team Leader or Department Supervisor so that they
are able to contact and notify the other business in the building to evacuate.
4. Any and all personnel are to evacuate the premises and gather at the emergency meeting
area so that they can be accounted for.
5. Immediately report the Fire Department and/or GEGANA Squad by telephone as soon as
possible.
6. Turn the electricity off and remove combustible equipments.
