CONTINGENCY PLAN FOR DATA RECOVERY

SERVER, ELECTRONIC AND HARDCOPY DATA PROTECTION, BACKUP AND

RECOVERY PLAN

This contingency plan addresses the prevention of flood effects due to natural disaster. These
processes and procedures should be followed strictly by all personnel in the event that an
imminent disaster has been recognized.

At the time that a flood is discovered, the following procedures should be followed:
1. Call 112 immediately and report the flood;
2. Notify the department ER (Emergency Response) Team Leader or Department
Supervisor, known as the Person In Charge (PIC);
3. All employees should be evacuated from the building and gather at the designated
emergency meeting area (muster point). The place must be higher from the flood;
4. Turn the electricity off and remove combustible equipments;
5. Immediately report the Search And Rescue (SAR) Team by telephone as soon as
possible.
