COURSE GUIDE
I. Course Description
This focuses on the concepts and methods of managing an organization, to help one develop an
understanding and awareness of the essentials of managing and of the way organizations
behave. Managing in today’s turbulent times requires the full breadth of management skills
and capabilities. Thus, it is important to help current and future managers find innovative
solutions to the problems that plague today’s organizations – whether they are everyday
challenges or once-in a lifetime crisis.
