SkyCom Meetings & Task App.
This tool has been updated to support the revamp of the one on
one initiative by changing the steps on how meetings are being
recorded.
This has been designed to make the process easier for you and
provide you additional features that were not available in the
previous version.
1. You can access the tool through meet.skycombpo.com

3. Once you are in the Meetings screen, you will click on “Add Meeting” blue button
Note: There is a “Return” button that takes you back to the Home menu

4. After clicking “Add Meeting” a sub menu will pop up, then you should click on “Meeting Type” and
you will see a drop down menu with the options available and then you can choose the option
according to the type of meeting.
Example: If you are a Supervisor select the option “Supervisor – Agent”
5. The “Title” will be automatically setup. You can search the “Participant” using the name, last name
or badge number. This is to leave a record and in the future, if it is necessary to be able to locate the
report easily
.

6. Next step is the ROLA, you can choose 1 of the 3 options according to the importance of the
meeting. Also, there is a section to leave a note to justify the reason of the meeting, you will include all
the key points from your meeting / one on one. (Annex 1)

7. On the Performance Management you will find the KPI’s this will be displayed automatically when
entering the name of the agent or participant, the Goal (Manually submitted), and Value (Manually
submitted). There is a red button to remove all the entered data for this line. (Annex 1)

9. You will be able to see your saved meetings. If you need to review a previous meeting, you can
search it by name, date, or week and the M&T App will show you all the meetings with specific
information of search request.
