DESCRIPTION :
The 1st Experience in VFI Multan as a Line Inspector to control Quality standards
on the Foods plants during the manufacturing of different products as per Quality standards.
According to this Maintain the Recipes and controlling of colour, weight, size, taste, packing,
wrapping, Food Hygiene, manufacturing/Expiring date etc and then passed out the production with
Q.C Stamped.Collects the Samples and send to QC Lab. In case of any abnormality
inform to plant superviso, Executive Officer and HOD to Correction. Filled the all Status on Log Sheets
and at the end of the shift a report typed on Excel and send the mail to Executive/ QC Manager.
The 2nd & 3rd Experience in National/Pakistan Refinery during the Apprenticeship the Following:
The worked experience of Cooling Towers/ Raw Water Fire Water System, Softening Units, Chemical
Solutions with proper PPE's, Multistage Centrifugal/PD Single acting and Double acting Dual stage
Compressors. Pumps startup/Shutdown and Change Over, The Trim Coolers,Heat Exchangers,
The Natural and Induced Draft Furnace with WHRU and Atmosphere Distillation Unit.
RESPONSIBILITY AND ACTIVITY :
Control the plant according to all operational aspects.
Pump change over and hand over to maintenance.
Routine equipment and process performance monitoring, checkup, Data log sheets and
job list maintained.
Follow Safety Override / Defeats procedures strictly and maintain its record& Logged.
Ensure all activities to carry out as per Refinery’s policies.
Following Permit to Work System strictly and maintain its record& Logged.
Equipment necessary isolations, local switch over/shutdown, handling over/ taking over
activities for equipment maintenance work with LOTO System.
Participate in weekly fire drill &also participate in plant equipment handling activities
like back wash of trim cooler and bypass of control valve.
