(1) On PC, open [Printers and Faxes] screen and select the printer driver and change to “Pause Printing” setting.
(2) Open the PDF file (or XPS file) and print. Printer driver setting is default.
When printing single job: Use PDF file “File2”
When printing multiple jobs: Use PDF files “File1” and “File3”
(3) When printing single job: After completeing to spool the job on PC, release “Pause Printing” setting. From the time, start to
measure the time.
When printing multiple jobs: Repeart above (2) 10times or 100 times.
After completeing to spool all jobs on PC, release “Pause Printing” setting. From the time, start to
measure the time.
(4) Measure the following time.
- The time to output the first page
- The time to output the last page.

02) Click on the [Logs] tab.
03) Right-click the mouse on the log item to open menu and select/add the necessary items from [Add].

[Export]: Export data as a fille.
[Export/Delete]: After exporting data as a file, the exported job log is deleted within the CWS.

06) Selecting [Delete], the selected job log is deleted.
07) Using [Start] and [Finish], the job log within a certain period of time can be exported/deleted.
