Dear Sir or Madam:

I would like to file a complaint regarding the package I sent last November 14, 2022 at around
9:30 AM.

The package contained one glass mirrored photo frame. The declared value of the item is ₱3,000
and its freight charge is ₱696. The consignee was my father: Marion A. Pamaran and his pick-up
branch was in LBC Lamitan branch. The package was labeled as fragile and was sent as VCargo.
Thus, we were also told that it was then insured in a way that the branch will take full
responsibility if the package will have any damage.

To my surprise, my father informed me that the package was badly damaged. Attached to this
letter are pictures as proof of what had happened to the picture frame and its receipt.

The fact that I saw how the package was properly packed and labeled and the picture frame was
in good condition with no cracks or whatsoever, I never imagined that it would turn out this way.
The branch even asked us to buy things like bubble wrap and polystyrene foam for them to have
a secure cover for it. I chose LBC Express because I have high expectations that my package
would be delivered safely since LBC Company has excellent reputation in the forwarding
industry.

For this matter, I would like to ask your good office to investigate this incident so I can have a
fair reason and claim whatever I am legally entitled with.

Thank you for the preferential attention heeded to this matter.

Sincerely yours,

Yuri Harris S. Pamaran
