Intro Mam Clarita

Greetings………

Today, it is my honor and privilege to introduce to you a distinctive

person, who in the face of adversities and challenges, she stood reliable,
firm, yet gentle to her superiors, colleagues and subordinates. In our office,
we call her “Wonder woman”.

She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education

Major in Mathematics at Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University on
March 2001. She is the 2nd daughter of Mrs. And SPO3
__________Serrano, A resident of Brgy Catbangen, City of San Fernando,
La Union, married to PEMS Abraham Espiritu and a mother of two (Gabriel
and Ethan).

Imbued with her passion to serve the public, she entered the
Philippine National Police on ____________________
class_______________. Further, she finished her PSJLC, PSSLC and
PSOBC at Regional training Center 1 Aringay, La Union where she was
awarded as Top ______, Top_______, Top_________ respectively. Sa
pagkakataong palang na ito ay makikita po na natin kung gaano katas ang
kanyang dedikasyon at katalinuhan na kanyang ibinibigay sa mga bagay
na kailangan gawin at tapusin.

Morevover, upon graduation she was assigned to various police

stations and units such as: Bacnotan Police Station, San Gabriel Police
Station, and ______________where she gained experience and personal
knowledge that molds her abilities in managing the demands of her
designation while handling fellow police non-commissioned PNCOs as the
Senior Action PNCO and do her job efficiently and effectively with grace
under pressure. With the rank of SPO1 she already become the youngest
Chief Clerk of a Unit, in 2012 she become the Chief Clerk of Police
Community Relations Branch of La Union Police Provincial Office at
hanggang ngayon siya parin ang aming Senior Action PNCO. Nagbago
man ang pangalan ng unit namin mula sa PCRB hanggang naging
PCADU, hindi naman nabago ang attitude at work ethics ng ating
tagapagsalita ngayon. Katunayan, sa loob ng sampung taon niyang
panunungkulan bilang Senior Action PNCO, the La Union Police Provincial
Office had been adjudged as 3 times National Awardee as the Most
Outstanding Police Provincial Office in PCR, 8 th times Regional Awardee
and 2 times National Finalist for the Bgen Rafael T Crame Awards.

Ladies and gentlemen, ang isa sa Ten Outstanding Police Officers in

the Province of La Union at Most Outstanding Senior Police Non-
Commisioned Officer in PCR, ang pinakapaborito kong classmate at
kumare, ang pinakamamahal at napakagandang SAP at wonder woman ng
Police Community Affairs and Development Unit,-soon to be Police
Lieutenant, PEMS Clarita Serrano Espiritu.
