    OVERVIEW:

    Every details provided by customer by using links through the websites are
    observed and all the team leads to their respective position works or contact with
    customers and customer names are forwarded to each level after examined.

    FEATURES:
    ->Lead team can access easily through the filtered customers who are going to
    take services in their respective roles.

    Customer portal is the portal where customer give their details

    Lead management portal HOME page consists of login id and password.


    After login we can see four types of lead management
    members(tele-calling,sales assistant,business manager,after sales
    specialist),usershas to select the respected type and continue with their
    respective work as the details of each customer is filtered at each level so each
    type of user can get different types of customers.
