Functions:
• Assisting the Venue Scheduling Team in creating and managing a Portfolio of FIFA World Cup Official Sites (Stadiums,
Training Sites, etc.) and Non-Official Sites (Fan Festivals, Broadcast Centre, etc.) Programmes
• Creating the Master Venue Programmes, ensuring all logic and requirements between projects are accurately reflected and
health status information across all Venues
• Undertaking creation and update of the Venue Schedules, monitoring daily / weekly variances, verifying their accuracy to
inform decision making
• Structured set of site delivery programs that incorporate the integration of all relevant stakeholders, alignment of activities

 Building management reports of productivity, KPI, and MIS for PDVSA S.A and stakeholders, conducting meetings with Sub
contractors and operative department
 Consolidating cost control SAP R3 system in order to support EPC Projects Manager's decision-making process, providing
information necessary for identification of unfavorable trends or potential project problems (standard performance,
deviations above 15%, assumptions, planned budget, forecasts, and monthly accruals)
 Programing supply chain SAP MM & PM system in each Operating Companies, and verified the application of the CBS and
the proper traceability of costs for Procurement P2P assuring the entire life cycle of a transaction, providing insight into
cash-flow and financial commitments
