ሀ) አሰሪው በመርቆቃ ቦላ ቀበሌ/መንደር ባለ ሶስት/3/ ክፍል የመድረሳ ቤት ግንባታ ስራ ለማሰራት

(ከዝህ በኋላ የግንባታ ሥራ እየተባለ የምጠራ) በመፈለጉ እና ሥራ ተቋራጩም የግንባታ ሥራውን
ለማከናወን ፍቃደኛ በመሆኑ

ለ) ሥራ ተቋራጩ ተፈላጊውን የሙያ ችሎታ፡ ሰራተኞችና፡ የቴክንክ ዕውቀት በመጠቀም የተጠየቅት

የግንባታ ስራዎች በዝህ ውል መሰረት ለመፈፀም በመስማማቱ ሁለቱ ተዋዋይ ወገኖች
እንደምከተለው ተዋውለዋል፡፡

1. ስምምነት
1.1. በዝህ ውል ውስጥ ቃላቶችና አገላለፆች በተጠየቀው የውል ሁኔታዎች ውስጥ
የተሰጣቸውን ተመሳሳይ ትርጉሞች ይኖራቸዋል፡፡
1.2. የምከተሉት ሰነዶች የዝህ ውል አካል ሆነው የምቆጠሩ ይሆናል፡-

1.3. አሰሪው ለስራ ተቋራጩ የምፈጽመውን ክፍያ ግምት ውስጥ በማስገባት በዝህ ውል
ውስጥ እንደተመለከተው ስራ ተቋራጩ ስራዎችን ለማከናወን በውሉ ድንጋጌ መሰረት
ግድፈቶችን ለማረም ከአሰሪው ጋር ግዴታ ገብቷል፡፡

አሰሪው ስራ ተቋራጩ ለምተገብራቸው የግንባታ ስራዎች እንድሁም ግድፈቶችን ለማረም ለገባው

Payments to the Contractor

All payment to the Contractor under this Contract shall be made by the Approval of

advance payment will be set off by the Public Body in equal installments against
the statements for the Contract period of the Works until the advance payment has
been fully set off.

BIRR currency portion of the advance payment.
The repayment of the advance payments shall take the form of deductions based on the
monthly claims
The advance payment (maximum of 30%) shall be repaid by means of deductions
