CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AFFIDAVIT

I, CINDERELLA, the undersigned, of legal age, single, Filipino,

and a resident of 123 iCastle Building, Amazing Residences, Taguig
City, Philippines, accuses Lady Tremaine of Slavery and Servitude
defined and penalized under Article 272 of the Revised Penal
Code, committed as follows:

1. That after my father, Dir Padre, died on December 1, 2014,

Lady Tremaine, my stepmother became my legal guardian. I
was ten (10) years old.

2. My stepmother, Lady Tremaine have started to treat me

indifferently and constantly tormented me.

3. That on January 15, 2015, Monday, at 2 a.m., while it was still

dark and cold, my stepmother, Lady Tremaine have kicked me
out of bed and forcefully made me finish the laundry, wash the
dishes, mop the floor, cook breakfast all at once.

4. That Lady Tremaine made me sleep by the fireplace so that I

can keep the fire going all night long.

5. That whenever I complain, Lady Tremaine drags me to the attic

and locked me there without eating a proper meal.

6. That treatment lasted for eight years now. Lady Tremaine and
her children, my step-sisters have been abusing me doing all
the household chores all by myself.
7. On February 14, 2022, a big news came to town that the King
and Queen were having a ball for their prince to find a bride, I
asked if I can attend but I was shouted on, and screamed by
Lady Tremaine and her children.

8. Lady Tremaine and her children brutally tore my dress apart.

9. On February 15, 2022, at 5 A.M., Lady Tremaine have detained

me again in the attic almost the whole day.

10. The Prince and his assistant arrived and I have heard
the Prince asking the young women to fit in the shoe that was
left during the ball.

11. With the help of my friends, Jaq and Gus, I was able to go
out of the room and asked the Prince and his assistant if I could
fit in the shoe and showed them the other pair of shoe in my
possession.

12. I was rescued since then.

13. With the foregoing acts committed by my stepmother,

Lady Tremaine clearly committed against me, Slavery and
Servitude within the purview of Article 272, of the Revised
Penal Code, which provided that “The penalty of prision mayor
and a fine of not exceeding 10,000 pesos shall be imposed
upon anyone who shall purchase, sell, kidnap, or DETAIN a
human being for the purpose of enslaving him. If the crime be
committed for the purpose of assigning the offended party to
some immoral traffic, the penalty shall be imposed in the
maximum period.”

PRAYER
Wherefore premises considered, it is respectfully prayed after
notice and hearing that the accused be:

1. Indicted with the violation of Article 272 of the Revised

Penal Code. Lady Tremaine liable for Slavery and Servitude.
2. Such other remedies that may arise from the filing of the
complaint.

I have personally examined the herein offended party and I
am satisfied that she voluntarily executed and understood
her given affidavit.
