)Life expectancy is the key metric for the assessment of population health and birth rate is the number
of live births per thousand of population per year. The world population is growing more slowly than it
used to because birth rates have been reduced in most countries. At the same time, life expectancies
have increased considerably

2.)The latest data from China’s National Bureau of Statistics shows its birth rate fell to its lowest since
1949China’s falling birth rate also poses an economic challenge — fewer births will lead to smaller
workforce that will have to support a bigger, retired population due to increased life expectancy

The current life expectancy for China in 2020 is 76.96 years, increased by 0.22% as compared to 2019.

3..)GDP has a positive effect on energy consumption.

*When studied the relationship between energy consumption and real GDP growth
and found that energy conservation policies are likely to affect real GDP growth

*In the cases of Colombia and Venezuela, a 1% increase in real GDP increases energy consumption by
0.82%.

*Economists use GDP(gross domestic product) to estimate the sustainability of the economy and the
quality of societal welfare.

4.China's energy usage is quite higher than USA.
