I. BACKGROUND
The workplace may be stressful at times; therefore, employees must take breaks outside
of the office to recharge. Summer is a great time to conduct a work vacation as it is
frequently regarded as a more carefree season. Company outings may be amusing while
also fostering an even more engaging and positive work environment. When the
employees are able to form healthy relationships and connect with their coworkers, it
may have a profoundly positive impact on the workplace. Forming a cohesive team is
an ongoing effort, and it is essential to ensuring that teams are working effectively
together, creating success, and meeting goals on time. Employees connect on a daily
basis at work, but a summer outing might serve as a catalyst for increased team
chemistry.

II. OBJECTIVES
The most effective way to improve employee connection is to engage it and experience
its value through a series of activities.
1. Employees will relax and unwind.
2. Leaders would be able to evaluate and improve their colleagues' collaboration
skills.
3. Employees will recharge, which will increase their productivity.
4. Encourage employees to have fun together.
5. Giving each individual an equal opportunity to participate in non-work-related,
tension-free activities that boost their confidence, which reflects in their work.
6. Builds skills such as communication, planning, and problem-solving.
7. Enhance employees’ satisfaction, loyalty, and creativity.
8. Employees learn about their own strengths and weaknesses, which is beneficial
for improving their performance.
9. Understand each other’s likes and dislikes, and learn to respect the diversities.
10. Helps in understanding the other person’s view points and thought processes.
