Connecting People
Hearing any interviews or talk, one thing that always stays clear is Sundar
Pichai’s trust in building relationships and connecting people. He
commented that he wants to create a community that describes how
Sundar Pichai values the relationship.He has the ability of attracting
talented people, mainly because Sundar actually values the people.

Wear Failure As A Badge Of Honor
Sundar Pichai says that it is important to find what excites you the most.
Follow your dream and what your heart says. But it is important that you
learn from your mistakes. The CEO says that when he pushes people to
take a leap of faith, he also wants them to take tough calls and break the
cocoon. And if you don’t fail enough, it means you are not ambitious
enough.

Be A Good Listener
The CEO is not just an encouraging leader but also a good listener. He sits
quietly when the meetings are going on and lets everyone talk. He waits
until everyone is done. And then he shares his thoughts.Being a good
listener helps him to understand more and get the perspective before he puts
his foot forward.
Also, it helps in having more data to work on, and he presents his ideas
better than anyone.
Inspire
In a company filled with exceptionally talented people, Sundar was still
able to inspire the team with his work ethic, professionalism, integrity,
innovation, enthusiasm and brilliance – traits that the organization
looked forward to in a leader, beyond Larry and Sergey. A leader
should be able to constantly inspire the team towards the larger goals of
the business.

With his focused no-nonsense work approach, Sundar earned unmatched
reputation at work - his team worshipped him, the marketing team loved
him, peers respected him, his boss appreciated him, competition sought him,
the markets welcomed his elevation AND Googlers were happy and proud.
The hallmark of a leader is the urge to earn respect from team, bosses, peers,
partners, customers and even competition.
CONCLUSION:
Sundar Pichai’s leadership style is characterized by an emphasis on
collaboration, innovation, and risk taking. He encourages teams to think
outside the box and come up with creative solutions to problems.
Additionally, he places a strong emphasis on transparency and open
communication, allowing his teams to work together and make decisions
with confidence. His leadership style has helped him to lead Google and
Alphabet to success and he continues to inspire others to reach their fullest
potential. He is highly respected by his employees and peers for his
commitment to excellence and his focus on innovation.
