Revamp

In reflection on my experience on webinar called “Revamp”. I have gained


knowledge and clarity on what sort of experience what does it take in industry as well as
being good employee, good behavior and good decisions to make while being employed
in the field. I learned the stress management, that if we will not handle it, employee
can’t focus well in their workplace. The key of being employee is to have a support, such
as financial support. It needs to be provided always. Also, the process on achieving and
fixing the internal equity, can lead to a good flow of a company or organization to the
fact that education, experience, physical demands, responsibilities, and working
circumstances all play a role in internal equity. It is important to align job rankings
within the business with job descriptions. The design of the organization and the
remuneration plan depend on it. The salary must be in line with the value of the work
being done in order to achieve internal equity. The wage linkages between various
occupations, talents, and competences within the firm are what internal equity is).

The role of HR has a big role in the industry. One department that no organization
can function without is the human resources division. The human resources department
has various responsibilities that must frequently be met. The whole workforce of a
company must consist of those who work in this area. All of the primary tasks
performed in a firm must be coordinated, planned, and directed by those who are
performing the HR management role. In addition, the person employed in the HR
management department must perform a variety of other duties. And some of the
significant roles that those people must play. The training of newly hired personnel is
just one aspect of the HR management department's responsibilities. Instead, those in
charge of human resources in any business or organization are also tasked with assisting
staff members in developing professionally. It is a well-known reality that no one ever
wants to be in a dead-end job, and as a result, it is the responsibility of the firm or
organization to make sure that everyone is working and always giving their best.

Recruitment also gives a big contribution to the organization as shown by the


webinar, it is an undeniable truth that workers form the foundation of every business
and sector. Therefore, it is crucial for the human resources department to make sure
they hire the greatest and most qualified people for their respective businesses or
sectors. This will guarantee that a firm is full with capable, clever people who will do
everything in their power to secure the company's success. The HR team must also
decide on the specific approach they will take when hiring new staff for the business.

In conclusion, I have focused on learning about HR, it gave me a inspiration to


become one. Any person working in the HR department must guarantee that a variety of
tasks and work profiles are being completed. And some of those responsibilities or work
profiles include hiring new workers, giving them the support and resources they need,
preserving the harmony and effectiveness of the workplace, as well as a variety of other
responsibilities. People who work in the HR department must regularly perform some of
the most significant jobs.

The individualities, differences, flaws within the organization are so hard to


avoid but it can be fixed.
