-Married men tend to get more job interviews and start with a higher wage
ABC is recently facing a steep increase in its employee attrition . Employee attrition has gone up from 14%
to 25% in the last year. We are looking at part of the data from ABC to see what the reasons and factors
were for the employee's attrition. Some factors include that all workers are above the age of 20, all have a
college degree, and they all work in research and development or sales. [EM]

From the data gathered we have concluded that people that are single are far more likely to leave a job
than someone who is divorced or married. Some of the factors that we think this is the case is that
single people don’t have to worry about anyone at home for the most part besides maybe their
companions. Married people must be able to provide for their family when they get home as they aren't
just putting food on the table for themselves. Since ABC has a wide variety of wages with more of them
being on the smaller side, it may hint at the fat that the single people want a higher wage and are willing
to take the risk of leaving their job for a new one with a possibly better wage.

I learned that people who are single tend to be more frequent to no longer work at ABC. I also learned
that a lot of the employees have majors that are not related to their job. [EM]
