Terms and Conditions:
 Payment terms: 90% Cash in advance with order, 10% on Completion of installation.
 PKR 5,000 will be charged, if desired, to connect load from more than one meter to net
meter.
 PKR 2,500/Month shall be charged for provisioning of Periodic Cleaning and Inspection
Services.
 If Elevated/Shed Type Mounting Structure is desired, the Cost shall be charged Separately
on Actual Basis.
 Prices are valid for 02 days.
 Offer is linked with USD @ PKR 225 for solar modules and inverters. Any
increase/decrease shall be accounted for at the time of agreement
 Earthing bore/pit shall only be done inside site premises.
 The entire offer is subject to force majeure condition.

CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY
 Provision of stable 3 Phase grid supply with sanctioned load minimum equal or greater
than 2/3 of required solar system size. If desired, we shall look after this requirement but
expenses shall be borne by customer.
 Meter in the name on whose name net metering is required and clear from any
encumbrances.
 For Online monitoring, provision of dedicated router with strong WIFI signal near
inverter location is mandatory.
 Functional Fire extinguisher near inverter location to cover any untoward incident.

NOTES
 Items 1 to 3, shall be accounted as items and any increase /decrease shall be accounted for
accordingly.
 After expiry of valid date of proposal, the make of items at Sr. # 1 to 3 may be changed
with items of equivalent or better technical specifications as per availability at the time of
execution.
 The turnkey is to the extent described here. Any additional supplies/services, if needed,
shall be discussed and executed if agreed.
 TIME LINES (Subject to non-existence of force majeure conditions)
 Project shall be completed within 5-7 Days subject to force majeure condition.
 Net metering would commence only after installation of Bi-Directional meter.

WARRANTIES
 PV Modules: 13 years for manufacturing defects, 30 years’ standard performance as per
specs.
 On- Grid Inverter: 05 years’ replacement/repair warranty.
 Lithium Batteries 3 Year Replacement/Repair Warranty

  PV mounting structure: 10 years.
 Workmanship and local materials: 01 years.
 Warranty Void: Warranty stands void in cases of tempering or damage due to manmade
or natural causes or grid faults or outstanding dues or if maintenance services are not
contracted with us.

ANNUAL YIELD AND PAYBACK

 During full light hours and no grid outages, PV System performance shall deliver average
4.8 units/KWPV per day.
 Annual production = 17,350 Units (Plus/minus 10%)
 Average expected saving over the year @ PKR 34/KWh is = PKR 589,900/-
 Payback = 3.0 Years
 Warranty for inverter is 5 years and expected life of PV modules is 30 years.
 We guarantee production of above given KWh annually. However, we do not guarantee
zero bill as consumption could increase compared to reference current consumption
pattern/behavior.

SOLAR INVERTER:
The SOFAR three phase Grid Tied inverters are suitable for residential, commercial and
industrial PV plants. These units have a compact and light design making them a two-
person easy installation. The ultra-low THDi of ˂2% and filter features add multiple
