Zildjian: Hi, as we continue to fight the spread of the corona virus here in our beautiful country,

you and me.

Daniela: And there's one more important thing that we can do. That is wearing our face masks.
Daniela: We always talk about "flattering the curve," but we cannot achieve this if we're always
simply doing the same thing and not adapting to the situation at hand. Wearing a facemask has
proven to be an effective way to stop the transmission of the virus.
Marj: While wearing a mask may not keep you from getting COVID-19, it can help lower the
odds. If you’re sick, a mask can keep your germs from infecting others. If you’re healthy, a mask
can keep respiratory droplets from someone who is sick from landing in your nose and mouth.
Manuel: Masks are most protective when everyone is wearing them. It can also reduce the
inequitable impact of the pandemic, particularly for those who live in crowded environments
where physical distancing is difficult, and for those who work in frontline roles where there is a
greater risk of exposure to the virus. So, let's not endanger our loved ones. Let's wear a face
mask.
Kaizen: Protect yourself, save a life. If you can make a mask for yourself and for your household,
the better.
Zildjian: And it's not enough for us to wear it. We need to spread the message. We need to start
a movement.
