1.) Research the guiding principles in teaching english.

 Know Your Learners.

 Each teacher will learn basic information like kinds of abilities of the students,language, and
kind of culture, and most of all about their students and about the education of students,
and one of them is the preparation of teachers to deliver lessons will be more effective for
each student.
 Create Conditions for Language Learning.
 Each teacher is one of those who create culture, and they create not only about culture but
also about language inside the school and inside the classroom, so that the students feel
comfortable in the school they attend , and be comfortable with each student.
 Design High-Quality Lessons for Language Development.
 Teachers are one of those who plan meaningful lessons for their so that they can learn the
language, because it is a word that can help students develop the different learning
strategies and skills in critical thinking. So lessons are one of the goals of learning.
 Adapt Lesson Delivery as Needed.
 Every teacher needs to check what each student knows and what they don't know yet, in
order to teach them the correct flow of a lesson. And a teacher should not wait for a student
until after the lesson, so the teacher should always ask if it is easy to understand or if a
subject they are studying is understood, so that the student can be taught properly and
learn safely.
 Monitor and Assess Student Language Development.
 The teachers need regularly monitor language development, to inform their learning better.
So they collect data that they can measure or know each language growth of their students.
 Engage and Collaborate within a Community of Practice
 Teachers engage with others in the profession to provide excellent support for their
students in terms of programming, teaching, and advocacy.

2.)Give the five language macroskills and define each 3-5 sentences

 Listening--We all know that listening is one of the most important skills especially
communication with students and It is also a method that requires the listener to understand
things that the students do not understand.And the listening is one of the best activities to
maintain the good relationship between each teacher and students.
 Speaking--
 Reading--The students for them reading is one of the skills to that they have, because it helps
students improve all parts of the English language such as spelling words, grammar and so
on.......
 Writing --Writing is also one of the important skills that students have, because students write
clearly and creatively in a professional message and have thoughts contained in a letter that
they want to convey, and it also has feelings, because their ideas of communication expand.
 Viewing--This viewing is to enhances every listening skill especially when students attend kinds
of nonverbal communication to prove their skills for performing like group presentation.
