Steps :
1. Slice the carrot into small pieces, and cut the leek into small pieces.
2. Prepare eggs, stir it until evenly distributed.
3. Mix the carrots and spring onion leaves and add salt to taste.
4. Put the egg mixture into the friying pan.
5. After the egg are fried, then cut, add the sauce to garnish the carrot roll eggs.
6. Carrot roll eggs are ready to be served.
