REALIZATION, INSIGHT AND LEARNINGS
What are the significant traits of an effective community organizer? How do you see yourself as a
community organizer or part of the community organizing initiative of the University?
Student’s Answer:

I think we all want an organized community, so we can live peacefully, be healthy, and be safe most
importantly. And as a effective community organizer that is the aim we need to achieve in our community.

The traits that we want of an effective community organizer, one is that he listens, with this trait he could
figure what is wrong with the community and how to fix the problems quickly and efficiently. The second
trait is that he plans accordingly, this helps the community be prepared, organized, and improves as the
day goes by. And thirdly is clarifying goals, this means by picking goals and doing them one by one we
could finish it efficiently.

If I we’re a community organizer I would have a stand for students to apply for community charities, so if
there students who are willing and curious to help, we could make the community better and friendly.
And if there something wrong with how I plan or organize the charity I would listen to every feedback they
give.
