formula.
a) Make sure that the equation is written in the form a x 2 +bx+ c=0
b) Get out the values of a, b and c
c) Substitute the values of a, b, c in the formula and get the value(s) of x.

Solve the Quadratic Equations Using Quadratic Formula
1) x 2−2 x+2=0

2) x 2−8 x +25=0
x=4±3i

3) 10 x 2−9 x=−3

4) 3 x 2+ x =−1
x=−1±i√ 11 /6

5) 6 x 2=x−3

6) x 2+ 3 x + 4=0
x=−3±i√ 7 /2

7) −4 x+3=−5 x 2

8) 5 x+ 6=−2 x 2= x= −5±i√ 23 /4
