    Founder: Buddhism: budda, Hinduism: No one

    Symbol: Buddhism: dharma wheel, Hinduism: AUM

    Beliefs: Buddhism: Buddhists believe that life is both endless and subject to impermanence,
    suffering and uncertainty.
    Hinduism: One of the key thoughts of Hinduism is “atman,” or the belief in soul.

    Gods: Buddhism: Vairocana, Aksobhya, Ratnasambhava, Amitābha, and Amoghasiddhi.

     Hinduism: Brahma, who creates the universe.


     Vishnu, who preserves the universe.
     Shiva, who destroys the universe.
