5 Behaves well inside the classroom. 4 Commits 1 to 2 instances misbehavior inside the classroom. 3 Commits 3 to 5 instances of misbehavior inside the classroom. 2 Commits 6 to 8 of misbehavior inside the classroom. 1 Has behavior problem inside the classroom. SCORES RUBRICS FOR THE RECITATION 5 Answer the question correctly and in complete sentence 4 Answer the question correctly but not in a complete sentence 3 Exert effort to answer the questions but the answer given is wrong 2 Answer the questions in monosyllabic way but the answer given is wrong. 1 He/she stand but not say anything. SCORES RUBRICS FOR THE PROJECT/JOURNAL/OUTPUT 5 (88-100) Work/project exceeds the standard, thorough and effective application of knowledge and skills are evident. 4 (80-87) Work/project meets the standards, acceptable and it displays the application of essential knowledge and skills. 3 (75-79) Work/project does not yet meet the standard. Show basic, but consistent application knowledge and skills. 2 (71-74) Work/project shows impartial application of knowledge, it is incomplete, errors and omissions are present. 1 (70 below) No work presented.
