Position Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Lead DMU packaging reviews, problem resolu on, Prepara on of DMU Sign off with
knowledge of regulatory, manufacturing & Service requirements
2. Lead benchmarking, target se ng, vehicle level engg calcula ons & vehicle documents
signoff
3. Ensure EN / PR release, EBOM & vehicle configura on release through PLM and review
other aggregate releases
4. Ac vely par cipate as COE in vehicle projects and work seamlessly with engg,
development, build & valida on, Quality, service & manufacturing teams.
5. Lead build, valida on, plant & quality concern resolu on for ac ve projects

Experience
Relevant Experience 8 – 12 Years

Qualifications
B.E --> Mechanical, Automobile

General Requirements
Cri cal Skills Sets ( if any)

1. Vehicle system level func oning/design of Commercial Vehicle Systems, Categories &
Applica on
2. Knowledge of Frame design and Key design principles of other aggregates
3. Knowledge on GD&D stackup, manufacturing processes, plant assembly layouts
4. DMU (Digital Mock Up), 3D modelling, Assembly.
5. Hands on Experience on Ca a & Team center PLM
6. High level understanding of Homologa on requirements of Commercial Vehicles.
