This image is like a symbol in my job, because frequently the children use like a present for

their teachers, even though I used to teach my little student to create with theirs
computers that images.

When I was a kid, I had different teachers who made the difference in my studies without
knew time after they were my best. I only could studied at secondary school.

I used to work in the shoes industry but in 1995 was broken and I have taken the difficult
decision to change my profession, I started to work for the government in an education
office after that I was involved with different topics about it, I did not have studies and I
decided to increase my Knowledge in that area.

The problem was I did not had time to study because I need to work to keep well my
family. One day a good friend told me about a website who was a college and they offers
different careers and I have chosen one who could give the opportunity to work whit my
favorite topics, technology and education.

Suddenly with any reason appear my first opportunity to work in front kids and I have
taken, I didn`t have any experience but I accepted, It was a great challenge, I need to
teach more or less six hundred and fifty kids from different ages, in a computer laboratory
with web and all those responsibilities, Today I have nine years working in that school and
every day is a new experience because children are changing all the time, they are not the
same, but always they look to me like a good friend, some of them look to me like a father
and is a big responsibility to me

Maybe this is the reason why I am thinking to increase my knowledge, I need to be

prepared for all this new experience who my student need about me.

I know that every day is more difficult for us (teachers) this job, but when one kid arrive
with an apple like a present, maybe a chocolate or simple smile I think is a great gift who
they offers us.

In the last year I had had the opportunity to work in different levels, secondary school and
high school and I think that I was grown and known more from my student than they from
me. In this moment I am giving to them the opportunity to involve your own ideas, I only
work like a guide for develop their best effort.

One of my best is to sow in they the idea who best option is take the opportunity to study
now and increase his knowledge, to be a great engineers, doctors and why not the best
teachers.

Today I am greeting with a great person who give me that opportunity, he took the risk by
me and always I will in debt for that. I will give the best of me to bring honor about his
memories.
