I. Introduction

Starting and setting up business requires intensive and proper planning,

organizing, and positioning. Then as these plans sets into motion up to when the business

operation was conducted, to analyse those finished activities of the business, to produce

action plans for any problems encountered and to give recommendations to improve the

business performance a business report will come into handy. As an amateur

entrepreneurs or as a learner, with our ten days of business implementation activities and

experienced, this is our business report regarding our squashy patty food business.

II. Activities

The 10-day business implementation was quite successful perhaps we were

able to conduct the planned activities, accomplished the presented objectives in our

business plan, and more importantly the business operation was finished successfully

with only some problems and challenges encountered. In overall the outcome was still we

can call accomplished fairly.

• The Squashy Patty product gained positive compliments and feedback from the consumers.

• The Business successfully meets its objectives to the consumers.

• The Business always sold out all of their products.

• The Business had no resources nasayang up to the last day of implementation.

• The Squashy Patty Business has a 1750.00 sales on 8th day with only 250.00 cost of

goods.

• The Squashy Patty Business maintains resource efficiency and product quality.

2. Problems and Challenges

• The Squashy Patty Business has a day without sales, or a day with sayadan.

• The Business Implementation days were tireful and always get your hands full.

• The ingredients of the product were constantly changing and increasing value.

• The supply of the ingredients to be added were sometime short like the onion, and squash.

• The business has slow production speed and the preparation was time consuming.

IV. Recommendations

The ten-day business implementation went out to be success, meets some objectives
and produces good turnout. However, the business operation seems to have missing
something to attain perfect business stats and business output. To administer the stated
problems and challenges as well as to attain development of the business, here are the
determined and suggested action recommendations:
• Innovation of the product
• Hire more people to work
• Develop a concrete marketing plan
• Buy more equipment and machineries
• Increase the production speed, delivery and transportation
• Find low cost but high quality ingredients or supplies
• Improvement of Marketing Strategy
• Proper Following and Conducting of Marketing Plan and Actions
• Doing 100% Service efficiency
