PROJECT MANAGEMENT DAILY SITE SAFETY REVIEW

This does not authorize work. This daily review must be conducted by a SA project engineer, PMT
Superintendent and HSE site representative to review and confirm that all the required safety controls are in
place as required by the Job Safety Analysis, Method Statement, or Chemical Hazard Bulletin and that the site
toolbox talk has been conducted with all personnel associated with the activity. This review also verifies that
the required documents are in place and specific for the tasks being performed.
