    1. As you read and listen, match the underlined words with the pictures.

    Diverse Homes to Animals and Plants


    A habitat is a place where animals and plants live. It has the necessary space, water,
    food, shelter, and climate to sustain life. These are some habitats.

    Tropical Rainforest: It’s rainy fennec foxes, dromedaries


    and warm. It’s home to animals and scorpions. There are also
    like jaguars, howler monkeys and plants like acacias, palms and
    butterflies, and plants like cactuses.
