2020-2021 BELCP Assessment

a. BEST PRACTICES
 Scheduled distribution and retrieval of Printed SLM following safety protocol standards.
 Providing tablets for identified learners who are deserving.
 Communicating with learners and parent for the updates and announcements.
 Number of parents’ participation increased from the first time we conducted parents’ role because
personnel of the school made used of the social media platforms to inform and invite our parents to
attend the said simulation.
 Use of thermal scanner, disinfection mat and alcohol dispenser before entering the school.
 Postings of signage informing the observation of health protocol.
 Tracing slip need to fill in before entering the school placed at the gate part of the school which will be
used for contact tracing if unexpected problem will arise.
 Orientation was first conducted to inform parents on what to expect in the new normal
 The information officers were of great help in supplying info on classroom numbers and class advisers

TLE/EPP - Project KKK (Kalusugan ay Kayamanan tungo sa masayang Kabuhayan)


Decrease the number of learners under wasted and severely wasted status

ENGLISH, Filipino, Mother tongue- Project RISE (Reading Intervention for School Children towards Excellence)

Teachers made their learning materials, instructional materials to help struggling students on reading
and comprehension.

MATH/ABM- Project Title: GROWING TOGETHER

Inform and update teachers on the latest trend in teaching to become competent effective teachers

TLE- LAC sessions to improve instruction

TLE/TVL teachers conducted relevant LAC sessions to improve instruction and ensure learning

SCIENCE - Project Title: LINIS ME! Germs No More

312 learners from Kindergarten to Grade 6 will be educated and practice personal hygiene
with parents

b. STRATEGIES EMPLOYED FOR ASSESSMENT OF LEARNING


 Use of video calls for students under MDL-D
 Teacher Made Summative Test/ Formative
 Performance Task through video lessons.
 Remediation using simplified activity sheets
c. PARTNERSHIP EFFORTS WITH LGUS, COMMUNITY LEADERS, PARENTS, AND OTHERS
 LGUs--1. Provision of printing equipment and materials
 Alumni. Donations of ICT gadgets for students under MDL-D
 Stakeholders – Donations of health essentials
d. Challenges encountered in the implementation of 2020-2021 BE-LCP
 Parents came to the school without asking info about their child’s room and adviser
 Some parents were confused on what to be done during the simulation (for the no read no write parents)
 Some parents who came in bunch did not observe social distancing
 Some guardians were already Senior Citizens who insisted on claiming the modules for their
grandchildren
 Some parents did not comply with bringing their own ballpens,
 Some parents bring their infants in claiming the module

E2. Assessment of Learning

 At the end of each module, teachers will check/assess students’ output.


 Every after two (2) modules summative test will be given to learners and teachers will assess/check
students’ output.
 For learners under MDL-D, Performance task of learners will be assessed using different social media
platforms/for MDL-P students, teachers will retrieve performance task and teachers will assess/check
them using given rubric/s.

E3. Alternative Work Arrangement

School Head requested Alternative Work Arrangement to the Schools Division Office and was
recommended to the Office of Regional Director.
